As an art-lover who started out in broadcast television, and as Clark Creative Group’s creative engine, Fred hasn’t stopped cultivating and producing original ideas since the first day CCG opened its doors in 1992. Whether it be marketing strategy, branding companies, directing shoots or writing scripts, Fred’s innovative touch is unlimited and infectious. Often times he can be found behind a director’s chair, but between takes Fred is running half marathons, jamming with his kids’ band, enjoying a weekend at the lake and contributing to Omaha's contemporary arts community.

Melanie has helped steer CCG through decades of successful business. And as an experienced copywriter, editor, journalist, book author and strategist, there’s no doubt she serves as an agency hybrid. It’s this myriad of talents partnered with industry experience that enable Melanie to produce exceptional communication solutions for clients. Whether it's serving as the volunteer editor for Today’s Omaha Woman magazine or on the CASA of Douglas County, Omaha Girls Rock, Phoenix Academy and Women’s Fund of Omaha boards, Melanie keeps busy by giving back to the community and watching her kids’ band perform at local gigs.

Did we mention she’s a mountain bike racing extraordinaire? When she isn’t keeping production schedules on track, she’s organizing or participating in mountain bike races across the country.

When she isn’t coordinating agency traffic, Kara puts aside her impressive to-do list making talent and sticky note abuse for time spent with family, friends and volunteering.

John is a “jack-of-all-trades.” Whatever is asked of him, he will do with a smile. His background in education, coupled with a lifelong thirst for learning, makes him a power player in our research and discovery phase. He thrives on new challenges and completes them accurately. John’s a whiz at spreadsheets and stats, and when he’s not immersed in the ever-changing digital media landscape, he enjoys playing the piano or spending quality time with his wife and daughter. Jack’s fresh vision, coupled with his positive and down-to-earth attitude, make him an easy guy to be around. A recent graduate of Creighton University, Jack has already made a name for himself in the copywriting world, completing stints with Yahoo and The Creighton Bluejays. Jack’s game is strong, with additional skills in content marketing, graphic design and web programming. Outside of work, you’ll often find Jack fine-tuning his jump shot.
